PRESENT DAY PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE HOUSES WHERE MY ANCESTORS LIVED
COBDEN TERRACE, CROOKES, SHEFFIELD
The house at the end of the row is 1 Cobden Terrace and it is this house where my great great grandparents HENRY and AGNES SANBY lived at the time of the 1881 Census. As you can see from the top two photographs the houses have now got inside toilets and bathrooms but you can still see the outside toilet that stands adjacent to the house, one that was used no doubt by my ancestors
The photographs were taken on a Sunday evening in May 2002
